Palato

This review is coming after 2 visits, as the first one wasn't enough to judge it completely. And there are zero faults to be found.

The place has taken over the erstwhile Blanc Glace, sometime back. Though they are famous for their buffet lunch, I have been here only in the evenings, for the A la carte dining.

The place has quite some area indoors, and with tables spread out at some distance from each other, it gives a feel of being even more spacious. Of course, there is the outdoor seating as well, that is certain to give you a typical café kind of feels. There's the dessert parlour (Desserts & Co) next to it, serving gelato in a plethora of flavours, as well as some delectable desserts. You can order from there, have it and pay on your table itself, but the billing would be separate.

Food? Love whatever I have tried till now! That includes cheese Garlic Bread, Veg Quesadillas, Veg Lasagna and Quattro Formaggi Pizza.

The garlic bread was crisp, and generously smeared with cheese. The lasagna is one that would have me coming back for more. Quesadillas had a quinoa patty with some cheese, served with a dollop of sour cream and Pico de Gallo, and presented so beautifully that it felt criminal to disrupt the setting 🙈 The thin crust pizza brought a satiation to a cheesy craving.

The better part is that the joyous flavour ride doesn't cost a bomb. Our bill for a garlic bread, Quesadillas and pizza was a bit shy of 800 bucks. And this was a hearty meal for two. To end it on a sweet note, we had a tiramisu jar, which was another level decadence ♥️
